How to request permanent deletion of your Fetan SMS account and data
You can request permanent deletion of your Fetan SMS account and all associated data. This includes your profile, subscription information, transaction history, and any other data we hold about you.
How to request deletion
- Contact us using the support details shown in the Fetan SMS app (Profile → Call or SMS feedback).
- Ask to have your account and data permanently deleted.
- We will process your request and confirm once your data has been removed (typically within a few business days).
What gets deleted
When you request deletion, we will permanently remove:
- Your account and profile information (name, phone number)
- Subscription and payment records
- Transaction history
- Any other data associated with your account

Go to Profile → use Call or SMS to reach support and submit your deletion request.
